If you feel you, another learner or customer is being treated unfairly, harmed or threatened you should inform your Learning Assessor or Tutor immediately.

If your concern is about your Learning Assessor or Tutor, contact the centre manager immediately. Details of all our centres are listed below.

How do I make a complaint?

You can make a complaint by speaking to a member of staff who will do their best to resolve it to your satisfaction. Alternatively, you can telephone our Customer Service Team on 0114 289 4815. They will take details and deal with the matter as best they can.
