A4e always aims to offer the best service possible to its learners. To make sure we do this we need to know what you think. Listening to your views will help us provide a better service.

What we do best? - What could we do better? - Do you have any ideas or suggestions?

There are a number of ways in which we encourage our learners to give us feedback. This includes:

  • Commenting on the service during your meetings with your Learning Assessor or Tutor
  • Taking part in various learner surveys carried out regularly by our service
  • By taking part in a telephone or face to face interview with a member of our quality team
  • You can post a comment, compliment or complaint through our contact form. Rest assured that all your comments will be treated in the strictest confidence.
  • By taking part in a local Learner Forum Meeting
  • By telephoning the Customer Service Team on 0114 289 4815 if you have a question or concern about our service
